Working Principle
Our integrated wastewater treatment system delivers high-efficiency purification by combining multi-stage treatment processes into a single, compact modular structure.
The process begins in the pretreatment section, where large solids are mechanically removed. The wastewater then advances to the biological treatment zones—comprising anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic tanks—where active microorganisms degrade organic contaminants and perform advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Post-biological treatment, the wastewater enters a dedicated sedimentation zone for precise solid-liquid separation; a portion of the settled sludge is recirculated to sustain microbial activity, while excess sludge is managed separately. Finally, the clarified water is thoroughly disinfected to eradicate harmful pathogens, ensuring the final effluent meets strict standards for discharge or water reuse.
With its plug-and-play design, this integrated system guarantees a small footprint, rapid installation, and turnkey efficiency for decentralized wastewater management.
