Short Description:

The belt press (also known as belt filter press or belt filter) is an industrial solid-liquid separation machine. With its unique S-shaped filtration belt structure, it gradually increases pressure on the sludge for more efficient dewatering. This equipment is suitable for a wide range of materials, including organic hydrophilic and inorganic hydrophobic substances, especially in chemical, mining, and wastewater treatment industries.
Filtration is achieved by feeding sludge or slurry through a system of rollers between two permeable filter belts. As a result, the liquid is separated from solids, forming a dry filter cake. The extended gravity drainage section enhances the separation process, making it highly efficient for various sludge types.
