Short Description:

The QXB centrifugal-type submersible aerator is designed for use in aeration tanks and sedimentation-aeration tanks in wastewater treatment plants. It provides efficient aeration and mixing of wastewater and sludge for biological treatment. It can also be applied in aquaculture ponds for oxygenation.

Oxygen transfer capacity: 1.8–24 kgO₂/h
Motor power: 1.5–22 kW

Working Principle

As shown in Fig. A, the submersible motor is directly connected to the impeller, which generates centrifugal force in the water. This creates a low-pressure zone around the impeller, drawing in air through the intake pipe. The air and water are then thoroughly mixed inside the aeration chamber and discharged evenly from the outlet, forming a uniform mixture rich in microbubbles.
