Usage Instructions

Main Materials: Poultry or livestock manure

Auxiliary Materials: Crop straw, rice bran, wheat bran, sawdust, etc.

Recommended Mixing Ratio (per ton of material):

Main material: 750–850 kg

Auxiliary materials: 150–250 kg

Fermentation bacteria: 200–500 g

Preparation:

1.Pre-mix the fermentation bacteria with 5 kg rice bran or wheat bran for even distribution.
2.Mix all ingredients uniformly.
3.Adjust moisture to 50–60% (squeeze into a ball, slight moisture between fingers, no dripping, breaks when dropped).
4.Pile height: minimum 80 cm.
5.Turn pile daily once internal temperature reaches 50°C (1 day in warm seasons, 2–3 days in winter).
6.At 60°C, turn pile twice a day until temperature stabilizes.
7.Fermentation is complete when material has no foul smell and appears fluffy and dark.

Note: Compost can be used directly or further processed (e.g., granulation) for higher commercial value.

Fermentation Principle

This product supports aerobic fermentation, producing high temperatures essential to kill pathogens, parasites, and weed seeds. It also helps consume excess energy-rich compounds like carbohydrates, reducing risks such as root burning after soil application.

Storage & Handling

Store in a sealed, cool, and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Avoid use alongside disinfectants or antibiotics.

Once opened, use as soon as possible.

Ensure adequate compost pile volume (at least 4m³, 80cm height) and ambient temperature above 5°C.

In cold climates, insulation measures are recommended for optimal fermentation.
